Lake Travis is home to the famous Devil’s Cove, a hotspot where party boats gather to indulge in some good music, drinks, and fun on the lake. If you’d rather find a more private spot on the lake, you can do that while still enjoying activities like boating, fishing, swimming, and jet skiing.

If you want to have some fun above water, Lake Travis Zipline Adventures offers exactly that. If you’re with the family, there are several nearby waterparks worth spending the day at before retreating to one of the lake’s restaurants to enjoy some cocktails and an incredible sunset. Not only is Lake Travis worth visiting if you have some time away from work, but it’s also the perfect venue for hosting a bachelor party next time you have to plan one.  Out of all the must-see lakes to visit in Texas, Lake Travis is one of the most beloved, thanks to the magnificent sunsets and assorted activities you can enjoy during your time there.
