Many short-let property owners would agree that their businesses rely on their properties being occupied. Be it bed and breakfasts, glamping lodges, boutique hotels or properties on AirBNB if a room is unoccupied it is losing revenue.

An average short-let property owner will feature their property on half a dozen travel websites and travel agencies online. Users can then manage their units from one place in the PROP-SYNC admin panel and this enables property owners to know, at any time, which rooms are occupied and for how long.

It includes real time calendar availability across multiple channels which means no more manual updates on online bookings and no more time-consuming data duplications and duplicated bookings.
